Volkswagen Passat Recall
This September, Volkswagen Group of America has announced its recall on 1,829 model year 2020 Passat. The company issued the recall due to its issue on the passenger front airbag.
According to reports, the Passat’s passenger front airbag may be folded incorrectly. Thus, affecting its deployment force. If this occurs, the folded airbag can deploy with extreme force, which could lead to injuries.

What You Need To Do
Volkswagen said that they will inform owners of the recalled vehicle. Meanwhile, dealers will take charge of replacing the passenger front airbag free of charge.
The recall is set to start on October 30, 2020.
Meanwhile, owners who have other concerns can call Volkswagen customer service at (888) 241-2289. The recall number for Volkswagen is 69AY.
