The Ronzoni Pasta Recall
Recently, Riviana Foods announced its voluntary recall for 19,931 cases of Ronzoni Smart Taste Extra-Wide Noodles. According to reports, they initiated the recall because one of the product’s ingredients is egg, which can be an allergen undeclared on the label. Here’s what we know about the Ronzoni Pasta Recall:
As of this time, the company hasn’t received any reports of illness or injury.
Furthermore, they announced that the product with the following manufacturing and the UPC number is included in the said recall:
Manufacturing Codes:

- MAR3122H
- JUN0422H
- JUN0522H
- JUL2422H
- JUL2522H
Individual Package UPC:
- 71300 05008
The products being recalled were sold nationally from March through August.

What You Need To Do
Riviana advised consumers who bought the recalled product and are allergic to egg should refrain from consuming it. However, they could return the goods to the store where they bought it and get a full refund.
