About the PJ Trailers Recall
Recently, a PJ Trailers Recalls was announced, recalling nearly 700 model year 2020-2021 DE trailers.
According to reports, the recall was issued due to the trailer’s hydraulic cylinder attachment bolts. Moreover, the said attachment bolts may fail if the operator used the hydraulic system to lower the dump box while the dump box is already in the fully lowered position.
If this happens, a sudden drop in the box while it’s being raised can occur. This, increasing the chance of injury.
Have you purchased a DE Trailer from PJ Trailers? Did you experience the issue of defective hydraulic cylinder attachment bolts? Let us hear about your experience!
