All About The Kootenay Beef Sausages and Burgers Recall
After discovering that its house brand beef sausages and burgers may contain bits of metals and plastic, Kootenay Co-op has issued a recall.
Despite the risks that it may contain metal and plastic, the company hasn’t received any reports of injuries.
This recall includes the following product:
- Garlic & Onion Beef Sausage (UPC: All codes starting with 0 208170)
- Beef & Wine Sausage (UPC: All codes starting with 0 208747)
- Blue Goose Cattle Lean Beef Burgers (UPC: All codes starting with 0 206177)
Have you purchased the recalled products and noticed the issues mentioned above? Tell us about your experience.
What You Need To Do
Consumers who bought the recalled items should refrain from consuming them. Instead, they are encouraged to dispose of or return the product to the store where they bought it.
Meanwhile, consumers who may have other concerns may call Kootenay Co-op at (250) 354-4077, Ext 124.
