
Beef & Pork Products Recalled

Klement’s Sausage Company is recalling approximately 1,700 pounds of beef and pork products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials.
The company has received one report of an oral injury associated with consumption of these products. The following snack stick items, produced on May 13, 2016, are being recalled:
- 1-oz. plastic packages containing 2 pieces of “KLEMENT’S ORIGINAL SNACK STICKS NATURALLY HARDWOOD SMOKED NO MSG ADDED GLUTEN FREE” with a sell by date of 11-16-17 and case code of 3262.
The recalled products bearing establishment number “EST. 2426B” inside the USDA mark of inspection, were shipped to vending distributors in Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Customers who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. Consumers with questions about the recall may also contact Becca Herrmann at (414)-744-2330, EXT. 273.
