This lawsuit alleges that AshleyMadison.com violates state consumer protection laws by fraudulently lures men with fake females, misrepresenting some of the profiles on the site as real women interested in seeking a male for an extramarital affair.

Invicta Pro Diving Watch Class Action Lawsuit

This lawsuit claims that Newman’s Own unlawfully, fraudulently, unfairly, and deceptively represented that its pasta sauce products are “All Natural” when they contain citric acid, a non-natural, chemically processed ingredient.

Sunday Riley Anti-Aging Class Action Lawsuit

This lawsuit claims that Sunday Riley marketed their “Bionic Anti-Aging Cream” as if it were an FDA approved drug that could change the physical structure and function of the skin, when in fact nothing in the product is effective in causing physiological changes to the structure and function of the skin in a way that prevents the signs of aging.

Mophie Battery iPhone Case Class Action Lawsuit

This lawsuit claims that the Mophie iPhone 6 Juice Pack Plus for the iPhone 6/6s is advertised as extending the battery life of iPhones, when in fact it damages the internal battery of the phone, significantly reducing its battery life and impacting the usability of the device without Mophie product attached.

Hyundai Sonata Engine Class Action Settlement

The plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that certain Hyundai Sonatas suffer from a defect that can cause engine seizure, stalling, engine noise, and oil light illumination. The plaintiffs also allege that engine seizure or stalling can be dangerous if experienced. Credit Plus “Inactive” Mortgage Status Report FCPA Class Action Settlement

The plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that Credit Plus willfully violated a provision of the FCRA when it included a MERS Report with information that indicated plaintiffs had mortgage liens with an “inactive” status, without indicating whether the mortgage lien was paid-in-full, transferred to another servicer, foreclosed, or discharged in bankruptcy.

Lincoln Window Class Action Settlement

The plaintiff in this lawsuit alleges that Lincoln’s Exterior Glazed Windows manufactured between April 1999 and January 2007 have defects that have or may cause water intrusion and resulting damage to the windows and property.  Class members may have had to pay for replacements and damage repairs when they should not have had to.
