The plaintiffs in this lawsuit claim that Blue Diamond labelled Almond Breeze and Nut Thins products as “all natural,” when they include one or more synthetic ingredient. They also challenge the use of the ingredient “evaporated cane juice” and the use of the American Heart Association’s “Heart check-mark” and allege that products are misleadingly advertised as being heart healthy.
