
Udi’s Classic Hamburger Buns Recalled, Contains Plastic Pieces

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a recall for Udi’s Classic Hamburger Buns because they may contain small pieces of white plastic.
Conagra Brands recalled about 2,200 cases of the product after it was discovered that a dough scraper “inadvertently incorporated [small bits of plastic] into the production process for a small amount of the product.”

No other Udi’s or Conagra Brands products are affected by the recall of this product.
The FDA said advises consumers to either discard to product or return it to the store of purchase. No reports of injuries related to this product have been reported, according to the FDA.
