More on the TGI Friday’s Mozzarella Stick Class Action Lawsuit
It has recently been reported that the brand’s Mozzarella Sticks do not contain any Mozzarella cheese! As such, the TGI Friday’s Mozzarella Stick Class Action Lawsuit was filed.
The class action lawsuit includes claims of negligent misrepresentation, fraud, unjust enrichment, breach of express warranty, and breach of implied warranty of merchantability.
Similarly, plaintiffs also contend that the company has violated a number of state-level consumer protection laws in New York, as well as the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, which is a federal law.
