A Consumer Class Action Lawsuit was filed against SanMedica International for false advertising in May 2018. The SanMedica Class Action Lawsuit concerns itself with their Human Growth Hormone (HGH) supplement SeroVital-hgh product. Specifically, the SanMedica Lawsuit claims that the company markets the supplement as able to increase HGH levels by 682% when, in reality, it doesn’t increase HGH levels at all. Additionally, the SanMedica complaint states that the supplement reduces wrinkles, decreases body fat, increases lean muscle mass, makes stronger bones, improves mood, and heightens sex drive when, according to plaintiffs, the product does not provide any of these benefits.
The SanMedica Class Action Lawsuit states that SanMedica’s “SeroVital-hgh product provides consumers with nothing more than a false promise.” A full copy of the complaint is below:
