The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is recalling 14,100 articles of children’s micro polyester sleepwear in five styles made by Ragdoll & Rockets. The items are “one-piece, hooded and footed children’s onesie, pants with waistband drawstring, shorts, long-sleeved crew top.” The sleepwear fails to meet children’s sleepwear flammability standards and may pose a hazard if worn.
The recalled sleepwear was sold in 16 prints: Big Stars, Elephant, Ghost Glow, Happy Feet, Hello Bunny, Kitty, Love Paws, Lush Dots, Moon and Stars, Owl, Panda, Pineapple, Polar Bear, Rainbow Glow, Snowman and Winter Deer. The following production codes are on the on the care labels: L47/1705, LPJ/1806 or L47/1710. The sleepwear was sold at children’s boutiques nationwide and online at www.ragdollandrockets.com from May 2018 through May 2019.
CPSC warns consumers to stop using the recalled sleepwear immediately, take it away from children and contact manufacturer, Ragdoll & Rockets, about a full refund. No injuries were reported as a result of this recall.
