OXO International Data Breach
On January 11, 2019, Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. announced that they are currently investigating the recent OXO International Data Breach after the company admits that consumer data and personal information has been exposed.
OXO International, a New York-based company, who manufactures, home goods, kitchen, and office supplies, announced that personal information stored on their website may have been compromised throughout June 2017 and October 2018. OXO believes that the data breach may have exposed information such as names, billing, and shipping address, along with credit card details.
In a letter addressed to customers, OXO stated that data entered between June 9, 2017- November 28, 2017, June 8, 2018 – June 9, 2018, and July 20, 2018- October 16, 2018, have a potential risk of being exposed. OXO does not know exactly how many customers are at risk.
