Five Guys Employee Information Leaked
Last week, Levi & Korsinsky, LLP announced an investigation into the recent Five Guys Data Breach, where employee information was leaked as a result of a malicious phishing attack.
In late 2018, Five Guys announced that one of its employees fell victim to a phishing attack that was discovered on August 6, 2018. As a result, a malicious actor was able to gain unauthorized access to the employee’s account, which contained employee names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, addresses, hire dates, termination dates, and 401(k) information.
