2021 Toyota Mirai Range Issues
Toyota has built a reputation for producing some of the automotive industry’s most popular energy-efficient vehicles. One of Toyota’s more recent innovations includes its hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicle, the Toyota Mirai. Unfortunately, drivers have been reporting noticeable performance and range problems with their Toyota Mirai vehicles.
A recent release from Motor Trend indicated the 2021 Toyota Mirai was getting far less than the manufacturer-promised range of 402 miles. Many drivers report only getting an average of 230-270 miles, despite the hydrogen tank indicating it is completely full.
The following is a quote from a Toyota Mirai driver:
“I started to ask those people around me waiting in line at the hydrogen stations if they could ever get anything close to 400 miles. Consistently, I discovered they, too, could never get anything close to 400 miles. In fact, they would get nothing over 300 miles and were close to my 250-270 range.”
Toyota Mirai owners and lessees experiencing these issues may be eligible for monetary damages and even the replacement of their vehicle under the lemon law. Contact the attorneys at Lemon Law Auto Fraud today for a free case review of your Toyota Mirai vehicle!
