A recent investigation has shown that certain Toyota Highlander vehicles, mostly the hybrid models, have had issues with their gas tanks insofar they cannot be filled properly. If you have had similar issues, this Toyota Highlander Hybrid Gas Tank Investigation may be for you.
How Do I Join?
A recent investigation has shown that certain Hybrid Toyota vehicles are equipped with gas tank that may not allow you to fully fill the tank or to achieve the advertised range for the vehicle. Currently our friends at Walsh PLLC are looking to speak to owners of 2018 and newer Toyota Highlander Hybrid vehicles.
Based upon the current investigation it appears that only hybrid vehicles are affected by the issue. If you have a non-hybrid vehicle undergoing the same issues, please let us know!
Walsh PLLC was previously aware of this issue with Toyota Rav4 hybrid vehicles but it appears that the issues extend to the Highlander line as well.
You would be a good fit for this investigation if you have experienced issues such as:
- Inability to completely fill your gas tank.
- Failure to obtain the state range for your vehicle.
- Seemingly poor gas mileage.
If you own one of these Toyota Highlander Hybrid vehicles and have had issues with your gas tank or fuel consumption we would like to learn more about your experience!
