Roundup Lawsuit Filed; Monsanto Hit With More Class Actions

In July 2018, a Roundup class action lawsuit was filed against Monsanto Company for the misleading marketing of its Roundup product as safe when, according to the Roundup Class Action complaint, an ingredient in the weed killer (glyphosate) is toxic and could cause cancer.
