GSK Benefiber Original And Benefiber Healthy Shape Drinks Rebate
Industry giants GSK or GlaxoSmithKline and GSK Consumer Health have reportedly agreed to enter into a settlement agreement of $6 million to end the class action lawsuit filed against them over falsely advertising their Benifiber drinks as natural.
GSK Bow Down To Complainants Susan Swetz And Philip White
The settlement agreement is in relation to the class actions filed against the two companies after they have allegedly published untrue claims that their products are a hundred percent all-natural though the truth is the exact opposite. One was filed by one Susan Swetz while the other was by Philip White – both of which aimed to hold GSK accountable for their misdeeds towards their customers.
The products in question belong to the GSK Benefiber Original and Benefiber Healthy Shape product offering lineup. Furthermore, the two defendants have also claimed that their Benefiber Healthy Shape products are proven to end a consumer’s cravings upon consumption as part of weight management when the said products do not possess any characteristics at all.
GSK and GSK Consumer Health have both denied any wrongdoing in the legal proceedings and have decided to agree to the class action settlement’s terms to officially end the legal charges filed against them.
