Finding the right job can be difficult. That seems to be even more true if you are over 40 and in the technology sector. Due to numerous complaints, an investigation is being conducted to learn more about the discrimination in the tech industry, and its hiring practices.
Currently an investigation into California based technology companies is being conducted. If you are over 40 and have applied for a job in the technology sector we would like to learn more about your experience. We are especially interested in those that have been turned down but would like to hear about any positive experiences as well. Technology areas of interest include but are not limited to: Software engineers, data scientists, program managers, product managers, computer systems analysts, information security analysts, computer network architects, engineers, physicists, chemists, or other technology based job positions.
