The Darren Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix Class Action Lawsuit is a case filed in an Illinois court contending that the company behind the said fudge offering is engaged in making customers believe false advertising claims. 

April Huston, the lead complainant in the case, accuses Conagra Brands Inc. of not following the law by purportedly illegally marketing their Darren Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix to buyers.
