Consumer Class Action Alert; Capri Sun Lawsuit Filed
In October 2018, a consumer class action lawsuit was filed against Kraft Heinz Food Company (the Capri Sun Class Action) for allegedly, deceptively, advertising that Capri Sun beverages contain “No Artificial Coloring, Flavors, or Preservatives” when, according to the plaintiffs, the drinks contain the preservative citric acid.
