JPMorgan Class Action Alleges Breach of Fidiciary Duty

Recently, a class action lawsuit was filed against JPMorgan claiming a breach of fiduciary duties of prudence by their retaining unduly expensive core funds in customer (and moreover, plaintiff) retirement plans.
