LG Refrigerator Class Action Settlement
It has been reported that the LG refrigerator class action has been settled for $1.5 million.
According to reports, the LG refrigerator class action settlement will benefit the consumers who bought a covered LG refrigerator from an authorized retailer between Jan. 1, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2017.
The plaintiffs of the LG refrigerator class action lawsuit asserted that their refrigerators were defective because of a cooling defect which led to its failure. Because of this defect, the appliances didn’t stay cool and led to spoiled food.
Despite these allegations, LG didn’t admit to any wrongdoing. However, they agreed to settle the case with a $1.5 million LG refrigerator class action settlement. In this deal, LG customers can collect cash payments depending on their situation.
Have you purchased an LG refrigerator and experienced the same cooling defect? We’d like to hear from you!
