- Claims will only be accepted until July 27, 2021;
- Filing of manifestation for not wanting to be included in the settlement proceedings is also acceptable only until July 27;
- The court hearing on the Emily Pinon v. Mercedes-Benz Settlement is scheduled for August 30 this year.
Those who do not file a claim at all will not be able to receive a cash payment from the settlement funds.
